Verisk said its AccuLynx transaction still depends on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) review and standard closing requirements, leaving completion uncertain after a Delaware Supreme Court order concerning the deal.

In a statement Friday, Oct. 23, Verisk said the state Supreme Court affirmed a judgment by the Delaware Chancery Court in a matter involving AccuLynx. The company said it would comply with the order.

Verisk said the transaction remains contingent on meeting its standard closing requirements and completing FTC review. It cautioned that the deal may not be completed.
