(NYSE:VSH) today announced its product lineup for the Symposium on International Automotive Technology (SIAT) 2017, which takes place Jan. 18-21 at the ARAI Campus in Pune, India. Exhibiting in booth 159 with a “Think Automotive, Think Vishay” theme, Vishay will highlight a wide range of products from its automotive product line, including capacitors, resistors, inductors, diodes, MOSFETs, and optoelectronics designed to meet and exceed AEC qualifications.
At SIAT 2017 Vishay will showcase Automotive Grade and AEC-qualified devices for body electronics, passive and active safety, automotive lighting applications, hybrid and electric vehicle based designs and more. Engineered and manufactured with a goal of zero defects, Vishay’s Automotive Grade devices exceed requirements for AEC qualifications. Vishay’s AEC-qualified product families — including an array of semiconductors, passive components, and optoelectronics — likewise are optimized to provide the high temperature performance, small package size, low profile, and long term reliability critical to automotive applications.
In addition, Vishay will provide a demonstration of its TCUT1600X01 optical sensor for infotainment applications. Additional demonstrations at Vishay’s booth will include an electrical motor drive and full LED lighting system for 48 V boardnets.
