A VnExpress report published early Oct. 19 placed five Chinese billionaires at the top of an earlier global daily-gains list, with reported increases totaling about $3.7 billion.

At 12:15 p.m. EDT, a Forbes real-time page listed Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos as the day’s top two gainers, with estimated wealth increases of $25.6 billion and $11.5 billion, respectively. The page records a separate, time-stamped view from the one cited in VnExpress’s account.

Forbes says its tracker refreshes estimates for publicly traded holdings every five minutes while markets are open, using stock prices delayed by 15 minutes. Daily gains are measured against the previous trading day’s close. The figures represent estimated net worth, not cash received.

VnExpress identified Unitree Robotics chairman and CEO Wang Xingxing as the leading gainer in its account, putting his estimated fortune at $9.1 billion after a $1.3 billion rise. The report also gave increases of $821 million for Chen Jianhua, $586 million for He Xiangjian and $362 million for Chen Tianshi. Forbes’ Oct. 19 profile separately listed Wang Liping & family at $12.1 billion, up $623 million.

A separate Forbes Italia update showed Chen Jianhua at $26.0 billion, up 3.26%; He Xiangjian & family at $37.8 billion, up 1.68%; and Chen Tianshi at $24.9 billion, up 1.48%. These figures come from distinct updates.

Unitree shares began trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Aug. 19 under code 688836. Forbes’ methodology says valuations for publicly traded holdings change with share prices.
