WASHINGTON, Jan. 31, 2018 -- The table in the news release dated January 17, 2018 has been revised to correct an error impacting the calculation of the dividend treatment of 2017 dividend distributions included in the original Table.

Shareholders are encouraged to consult with their personal tax advisors as to their specific tax treatment of Washington REIT dividend distributions.
