NORCROSS, Ga., Feb. 02, 2016 -- WestRock today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.375 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2016 and which will be paid on February 25, 2016.
