U.S. spot XRP (XRP) exchange-traded funds recorded a net weekly withdrawal for the first time in 13 weeks, a turn after a sustained period of positive flows.

SoSoValue’s weekly data put withdrawals at $1.84 million for the week ended Oct. 16. It was the first negative weekly reading after 13 consecutive weeks of net inflows. Cumulative net inflows remained around $1.8 billion.

At 12:56 p.m. ET (16:56 UTC) Wednesday, Oct. 21, Binance listed XRP at $1.38, up 4.12% over 24 hours. The ETF flow figure and Binance quote cover different periods, so they do not establish what caused either the price gain or the withdrawal.

Separately, CryptoQuant tracked 6.05 billion XRP arriving at exchange wallets in the 30 days through Oct. 19, the highest 30-day total in seven months. The seven-month high in XRP transfers to tracked exchange wallets measures token movement, not confirmed sales.
