Investors in the YieldMax RBLX Option Income Strategy ETF (RBLY) will receive a lower weekly cash payout on Nov. 6 after the fund declared $0.0903 per share, 35.22% below its prior distribution.
YieldMax announced the amount Nov. 4, compared with $0.1394 the week before. Investors recorded as holders on Nov. 5 qualify for the payment; shares also go ex-dividend that day.
The fund’s listed distribution rate was 55.33% as of Nov. 3, annualizing its latest payment against that day’s closing share price. The rate is not a measure of total return or an indication of future payouts.
RBLY reported a 2.73% 30-day SEC yield for the period ended Oct. 31, a measure that excludes option income. YieldMax cautioned, “Distributions are not guaranteed.”
The fund’s primary objective is current income, with exposure to Roblox share-price returns as a secondary objective. Its synthetic covered-call strategy uses options tied to Roblox and generally limits potential gains; the next payment is scheduled for Nov. 6.
