The Wired Keyboard transforms any Apple iOS device with a Lightning connector and gives it the speed, ease and functionality of a laptop-style typing experience in a flash. Users may instantly access the familiar layout and full-sized functionality of the Wired Keyboard the moment they connect, including dedicated short-cut keys for frequently used iOS functions. An 18-inch cord gives them the flexibility to comfortably operate in different work environments, no batteries or charging required. And a sturdy metal plate inside the keyboard provides a stable typing surface.
The Wired Keyboard was designed for use in situations when you can’t, or don’t want to use Bluetooth, such as during standardized school testing or in sensitive work environments. “If you have ever been in a school classroom or worked in a government office, you know there are some situations where you’re not allowed to use Bluetooth due to security concerns,” said Charlie Quong, vice president, product development for ZAGG. “But the Wired Keyboard eliminates those concerns and complies with all PARCC and SBAC computer-based testing requirements so teachers and students can focus on learning and not connectivity issues.”
Availability:
The ZAGG Wired Keyboard is available today on ZAGG.com for a suggested retail price of $49.99. For information about B2B sales, contact Dale Stewart by emailing [email protected].
