SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., May 11, 2017 -- Zephyr Real Estate has just unveiled a new tool for their agents to create and share amenity maps for individual property listings. This tool, developed by Jauntful, can focus not just on a neighborhood, but down to a specific property location to show all the hot spots nearby. The maps are comprehensive, printable and tailored to the specific needs and interests of buyers.

For example, two properties in the same neighborhood, even on the same block, might have completely different maps. One might be a two-bedroom home with a large yard while the other a small studio without any outdoor space. The map for the larger place may show pet stores and groomers since the yard could accommodate a pet. The smaller property might include nearby transit stops or cafes instead.
In the past, it has been costly and time-consuming to generate a map that would be high enough quality for printing. Most maps are designed for onscreen viewing. Jauntful changed all that by taking what was formerly a cumbersome process, and producing a method for creating attractive, useful and most importantly, hyper location-specific mapping.
Initially, Jauntful began its business with the hospitality industry, providing maps for many hotel and travel destinations. This marks their first foray into real estate, and Zephyr is delighted to be the forerunner.
"In the Bay Area, particularly in San Francisco, neighborhoods are so diverse that creating an amenity map for a specific property is an invaluable tool," commented Melody Foster, Vice President of Marketing. "The old adage 'location, location, location' holds true, and Jauntful maps really illustrate that by adding greater context about a property’s environs."
