Assistant Professor in Psychology , Northumbria University, Newcastle Dr McNeill is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and has been working at Northumbria University since 2013. His work explores social psychological factors in diverse contexts including intergroup conflict, design of social media, and public health. He is a strong advocate of mixed-methods approaches to psychology. He did his PhD in the discursive psychology of post-conflict victimhood at Queen's University Belfast (2010-2013).
