Oihab est Professeur de Management des Systèmes d’Information et de Management des Achats à NEOMA Business School à Reims, France. Il a obtenu un Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion de l'Université Grenoble-Alpes et une Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches de l'Université de Nantes. Ses domaines de recherche sont le management des SI et des achats en général, et plus spécifiquement l’e-business, les serious games, la transformation digitale, le cloud computing, le patrimoine numérique, et l’open innovation. Ses travaux de recherche ont été publiés dans Journal of Business Research, Journal of Global Information Management, Systèmes d’Information et Management et d’autres revues académiques classées. Il aime également publier des chapitres d’ouvrages et des études de cas. Oihab est impliqué dans le comité éditorial de plusieurs revues académiques et a participé à l’organisation de nombreux événements de recherche. Il a occupé des fonctions managériales au sein de la faculté et a participé à la création et au développement de programmes d’enseignement.
