Dr Matt Hill is the Course Coordinator and Senior lecturer in the Contemporary Music Program at Southern Cross University, NSW, Australia. He completed a PhD At James Cook University in the area of music technology and composition in a range of musical styles and completed his undergraduate music degree in guitar performance at Southern Cross University. His research interests musicians' work, collaborative music making practices, music analysis and screen sound. He is a songwriter, composer and performer.
