She holds a PhD in Transport Economics and is specialised in infrastructure investment assessment, Cost-Benefit Analysis and freight demand analysis. Before joining PATREC, she was working as a consultant at an economics consulting firm practicing Cost-Benefit Analysis and involved in freight projects.
