Daniel Read is in the final year of his PhD studies at Loughborough University based in the Institute for Sport Business in London. The title of his thesis is 'A multi-level legitimacy analysis of the World Anti-Doping Agency' which focuses on how WADA has managed challenges to its legitimacy throughout its existence. He has published several articles related to the management of anti-doping.
