I have a Ph.D. in Systematics and Evolution, and I am currently working as a Research Associate at Flinders University. My current research revolves around the evolution of squamate reptiles, which is a fantastic group of organisms inclusive of lizards, snakes, and amphisbaenians (worm lizards). My research interests also include ancient marine reptiles known as mosasaurs, giant lizards that lived at the time of the dinosaurs.
