Jean-François Savard is an associate professor with École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP, Université du Québec) since 2006, a docente at the Swiss Italian University (Lugano, Switzerland) and an invited professor at Senghor University (Alexandria, Egypt). His research interests include public policy coherence, and Indigenous politics and policies. He also has an expertise on federalism and multilevel governance. He currently teaches public policy analysis and public policy development. Prior to joining ENAP in 2006, Jean-François Savard worked as a senior policy analysis for Health Canada’s First Nation and Inuit Health Branch.
