Associate Professor of Public Policy and Administration, University of Cape Town I have a multi-disciplinary background with degrees in History, Political Studies and Public Administration (PhD). My research focuses on the intersection between the theory and praxis of public administration and the political process. I have over twenty years of experience as an applied researcher, consultant and academic covering topics such as public sector management and reform, political-administrative relations, policy co-ordination, inter-governmental relations, and public sector anti-corruption.
