Senior Lecturer in Psychology, Victoria University Keis Ohtsuka, PhD is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology, Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. He conducts research on cultural beliefs and superstition in luck and winning, culture and gambling and erroneous gambling-related beliefs. Keis is the Editor-in-Chief of the Asian Journal of Gambling Issues and Public Health (ISSN 2195-3007)(http://ajgiph.spinteropen.com) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the National Association for Gambling Studies (Australia) where he worked as the Secretary from 2008 to 2012. Keis was also a Research Fellow (honorary adjunct appointment) at China Center for Lottery Studies, Peking University from 2011 to 2013.
