Hera Antoniades is an Associate Professor in the School of the Built Environment. Her research which focuses on Property Taxation, Property Governance, and White Collar Crime includes the development of the theoretical structure of history for occupational licensing and its effective application for consumer protection. Other subjects of research are the impact of information asymmetry within property agency fields, and the application of property taxation in the emerging property development arena. As a specialist author, Hera has published a number of practical accounting and taxation books for the real estate, valuation, building and accounting industries.
