I am a Lecturer in Chemistry who has a keen and long running interest in historical and geoforensic surveys. I undertake collaborative research with forensic colleagues at Staffordshire and Keele Universities, along with other UK and global University researchers, commercial partners and search practitioners. Our aims are to locate and characterise a variety of near-surface buried objects, which can include unmarked graves in church graveyards and clandestine graves of murder victims.
