Professor in Human Rights Law, University of Liverpool Dr Kanstantsin Dzehtsiarou read for his undergraduate law degree in Belarus. Then he took a MA in European Studies from the University of Sussex. In 2007 Kanstantsin began working on his PhD project ‘European Consensus in the Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights’ (UCD Dublin, Ireland) which he successfully defended in 2011.
