Chip Colwell is Senior Curator of Anthropology at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. He is also a lecturer at the University of Colorado Denver and the editor-in-chief of SAPIENS (www.sapiens.org). He received his PhD from Indiana University, and has published more than 50 articles and book chapters, and 10 books, many of which have received honors, including the National Council on Public History Book Award. His newest book is Plundered Skulls and Stolen Spirits: Inside the Fight to Reclaim Native America's Culture.
