Ringkar Situmorang is a lecturer in hospitality department in Faculty of Business at the Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, Gading Serpong, Tangerang - Banten. He holds an MBA degree in Hospitality Administration from Johnson and Wales University, Providence, RI, USA and a PhD from Oxford School of Hospitality Management at the Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK. His research interests are in the area of hospitality and tourism, focusing on operations management, human resources and rural tourism. His work has been published in International Journal of Hospitality Management and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
