Dr. Connelly is the Canada Research Chair and Professor of organizational behavior at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University as well as a member of the College of New Scholars of the Royal Society of Canada. She is a past associate editor of Human Relations, and currently serves on its editorial board as well as others including the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Review. Her research has been featured in the New York Times, the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, and on CTV, CBC, and CBC Radio.
