Dr Kate Bayliss is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Sussex as well as Research Associate at SOAS University of London and the University of Leeds. She has worked extensively on infrastructure finance and social equity, in the UK and internationally. She has a particular research interest in the shifting paradigms surrounding private sector engagement in meeting basic needs.
