Rogers Orock is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Anthropology at the University of the Witwatersrand. He holds degrees in sociology and anthropology from the University of Buea, the University of Helsinki in Finland, and Aarhus University in Denmark as well as an MA in International Affairs from the Institut d’Etudes Politique (IEP) of Paris. He researches and teaches courses in political anthropology and popular culture in West Africa.
