Phoebe Stephens is a SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto. She researches the role of finance in supporting transitions to more sustainable food systems. Phoebe's work has been published in academic journals such as Agriculture and Human Values, Canadian Food Studies, and Globalizations as well as in several book chapters. Phoebe holds a PhD in Social and Ecological Sustainability from the University of Waterloo and is a Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Scholar (2018).
