Postdoctoral research fellow, Queensland University of Technology Rudi is a post-doctoral researcher at the QUT School of Management primarily focusing on agri-food food system impacts and sustainability transitions. He is associated with the QUT Centre for Agriculture and the Bioeconomy and the Centre for a Waste-free World. His current projects include food waste research in Australian meat supply chains, sustainable grazing practices and on-farm food shocks and food security.
