I teach politics, political economy and public policy at the University of Sheffield, and have published a number of journal articles and academic blog pieces on post-Brexit politics and the UK constitution. My PhD thesis examined the balance of depoliticising motivations and politicising effects behind the emergence of the referendum in the UK in the 1970s.
