Nadia Rubaii is Co-Director of the Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention and Associate Professor of Public Administration at Binghamton University. She has been a Fulbright Scholar in Colombia and a Fulbright Specialist in Venezuela. She is past-president of the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration, and her research examines the effectiveness of alternative pedagogies and quality assurance systems in promoting high quality education for public service.
