Agnès Ceccarelli est Professeur Associé à ICN Business School dans le département ressources humaines et comportement organisationnel. Elle a été Directrice du Programme Executive MBA jusqu'en 2019. A l'ssue de son cursus de Master de l'ESC Troyes et au Trinity College de Dublin (Eire), elle a enseigné dans cette université avant de revenir en France créer en 1998 le cabinet AC Conseil, spécialise en conseil et formation dans le domaine de la communication non verbale et de l' image de soi. Par ailleurs elle a soutenu en 2012 une thèse à l'Université de Lorraine portant sur la discrimination et l'apparence dans l'entretien de recrutement. Aujourd'hui, elle enseigne le Management, la RSE, la Communication non verbale au sein du groupe ICN, dans les différents diplômes de l'école : Bachelor, Master, MSC et EMBA. Elle intervient également en formation continue auprès de cadres et dirigeants d'entreprises de tous secteurs d'activités, en France et à l'étranger.
