Senior Lecturer in Law, University of Manchester Elaine is a senior lecturer in employment law at the University of Manchester and researches mainly in the field of age discrimination law. She has a PhD in law from the National University of Ireland, Cork and completed a post doctoral fellowship in age discrimination law at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy in Germany. She is the senior expert on Age for the European Equality Law Network.
