MSc student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, University of Calgary I am a Master of Science student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Calgary, working under the supervision of Dr. Joshua Bourdage in the Organizational Behaviour and Interpersonal Influence Lab. My master's thesis focuses on asynchronous video interviews (AVIs) and socioeconomic status, specifically how those with lower SES may be more negatively perceived by hiring managers evaluating an AVI. I am a Certified Human Resources Professional, and plan on pursuing my PhD in I/O at U of C following the completion of my Master's. Outside of school and work, I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and rock climbing!
