Research Fellow, Australian National University Matthew has worked at the Development Policy Centre in the Crawford School of Public Policy, ANU since 2011. He received his PhD from the Crawford School, and has a background in public policy and economics. Matthew previously worked across the Pacific islands for the Australian aid program.
