PhD Student, Microplastic Pollution, University of East London I recently submitted and defended my PhD which focused on microplastics in rivers and estuaries case study:The Thames River at the University of East London. Previous to that I did a masters in marine science and a project on microplastic abundance within Cnidaria and Ctenophores within the North Sea. I have a strong interest in plastic pollution especially within marine and freshwater environments with research papers published within the area.
