I am an Associate Professor in the Resource Economics department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I study environmental, behavioral, and public economics. I serve on the Editorial Councils for JAERE and JEEM and the Editorial Board for Land Economics. I am not an Olympic ice skater---that's Nathan W. Chen.
