Dr. Grace Augustine is an Associate Professor in Strategy and Organizations at the University of Bath in the UK. She received her PhD from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Grace's research specializes on how businesses are changing to pursue social purpose goals such as sustainability and diversity. She looks at the drivers of these changes, as well as the individuals and groups inside organizations that are working to implement changes in practices, such as sustainability managers. Businesses are under more pressure than ever to address these types of challenges, and Grace's work aims to illuminate how these changes are occurring.
