Valerie is a PhD candidate in psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM). Her thesis focuses on the development of new interventions to reconsolidate negative life events and on the effect of mental entropy on psychological health. Valerie also collaborates with the sexology department in the development of VR-based treatments for sexual dysfunctions, and maintains a keen interest in leveraging technology, such as AI and VR, for advancements in sex research.
