She received her PhD in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Elsa's research examines leadership, entrepreneurship, and motivation. She studies how leader behaviours influence workplace outcomes and how psychological factors shape entrepreneurial outcomes. Her work also explores diversity in the workplace.
