Visiting Fellow, University of Birmingham
Professor Henrique Zeferino de Menezes, Head of the Department of International Relations at the Federal University of Paraiba, Brazil, is currently in POLSIS as a visiting fellow until January 2017.
Professor Menezes' work covers themes related to South-South cooperation on intellectual property and health policies. During his time in POLSIS, Prof. Menezes and Dr. Marco Vieira will be working on a collaborative project on South-South relations and the international diffusion of public policies with a focus on Brazil.
