I have many years experience of leadership development and management education both within universities and working with public, commercial and 3rd sector organisations in Britain, Ireland and internationally. I am currently Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management and the Journal of Management Education, and was previously Associate Editor of AMLE and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Action Learning: Research and Practice.
