Lecturer in EU law, University College Cork Luigi Lonardo is the Acting Director of the Centre for European Integration at University College Cork, and adjunct faculty at Sciences Po Paris. He is the author of books on the foreign policy of the EU, including Russia’s 2022 war against Ukraine and the Foreign Policy Reaction of the EU (Palgrave 2023); EU Common Foreign and Security Policy after Lisbon: Between Law and Geopolitics (Springer 2022). His areas of expertise relate to EU constitutional law. Previously, Luigi was a lecturer at King's College London, where he obtained his PhD in 2020.
