Think of product returns management, retailing strategies for remanufactured consumer products, Scope 3 emissions in e-commerce, and business model innovations to address these. His research has been published in top-tier academic journals in the field of operations and supply chain management, such as the Journal of Operations Management, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management.
