Lecturer in Skill Acquisition and Motor Control, University of Technology Sydney I have a PhD in Motor Control and Development where I researched the role motor competence could play in the development of successful sports participation in children. My research interests are in talent identification and development, skill acquisition, motor control and motor development. I'm currently the principal researcher on various projects in talent identification, with a focus on decision-making and perceptual-cognitive skill.
