Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Curtin University Elizabeth (Liz) Jackson has national and international experience in industrial and academic agri-food supply chain systems. Her doctoral research focus was on wool commerce and she has since been engaged with research into farming systems and agri-food supply chains in the UK, Taiwan, Libya and Nigeria. Liz is a member-elected non-executive director of Sheep Producers Australia and is a member of WAFarmers' Livestock Council.
