Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Cardiff Metropolitan University My specialist area is in sport psychology. I am a Chartered Sport Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). My current research interests are in the area of elite sport performance particularly in relation to adversity and psychological growth, post-Olympic blues, depression, body image, elite swimming, and applied sport psychology consultancy.
