Research Associate, University of Central Lancashire Clare has worked on a number of qualitative research projects relating to work and employment. Her research interests lie broadly in organisation studies with two particular strands of focus: one encompassing concepts of care in work and employment, and the other exploring the role of silence, absence and inaction in organising processes.
