Law Professor, L’Université d’Ottawa/University of Ottawa I am a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law (French Common Law section) of the University of Ottawa (Canada). I teach courses – both in English and French-in the areas of public international law, constitutional law, and immigration, citizenship, and refugee law. My research, which is empirical and collaborative in nature, focuses on migrants with precarious status and marginalized immigrants, and on the concept of "vulnerable migrant" in national and international legal instruments.
