Senior Lecturer in Social Policy, The University of Edinburgh Jan is a researcher interested in how we can enhance and improve different avenues for political participation and challenge orthodox conceptions of socio-economic analyses. He teaches courses on these matters at the University of Edinburgh. A major objective of his work is to create practical applications of teaching and research, which he does through his work as Research Director of the Berlin-based think tank d|part.
