PhD Candidate, Deakin University Tomer Berkowitz is a Doctor of Philosophy (Psychology) candidate at Deakin University, with his work focusing on engaging parents in parenting programs and improving outcomes for parents and children. Mr Berkowitz has previously worked on multiple longitudinal studies with a combined sample size of 5000+ participants, including the Child and Parent Emotions Study (CAPES), which investigated long-term parenting and child outcomes, and the COVID-19 Pandemic Adjustment Study (CPAS), a longitudinal study of Australian parents which investigated the impact of the pandemic on families from March 2020-May 2021.
